Peanut Butter Chocolate Overnight Oats

A healthy but decadent and creamy overnight oats.
  • ¼ cup of quick oats
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of peanut butter or any nut butter
  • 1 tablespoon of date puree (10 pitted dates and ⅔ cup of water) or honey
  • ⅓ to ½ cup almond milk/milk of choice
  1. First make the date puree: Boil the 10 pitted dates in ⅔ cup of water for about 30 minutes.
  2. Mix the ingredients together in a container or jar of your choice. Make sure that the nut butter is evenly dispersed in the oats. Refrigerate the oats for about 2 hours or overnight. It'll be ready once it has thickened to a puddling like texture.
