Jasmine Milk Tea

A warm and comforting jasmine milk tea with grass jelly that can be made vegan.
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 bags of jasmine green tea
  • ⅔ cup milk of choice
  • 1-2 Tbsp of sweetener of choice (honey, sugar, condensed milk, etc.)
  • Optional: grass jelly from a can
  • Note: I liked using cashew milk with condensed milk as my sweetener.
  1. Fill a pot with water and bring it to a boil. Turn off the heat and let the water sit for about 10 seconds. Place the tea bags in a mug and pour water into the mug. Steep the tea for 3 minutes and then remove the teabags.
  2. Heat the ⅔ cup of milk in a pot or in a microwave and pour it into the mug of tea. Stir in your sweetener of choice and add grass jelly.
