Call me Hayley, Hales, or a health nut. Whatever floats your boat. I’m just a goofy vegetarian teacher who plans on being young forever, and so I spend my time going on adventures and attempting to lead a healthy lifestyle.
Along with all of that, I am also extremely passionate about food, nutrition, nature, and exercise. I love eating food that tastes delicious and nourishes my body. I am also a firm believer that eating and exercising should be fun! They should be things you look forward to, and an occasional indulgence or a work out session missed is not the end of the world.
A well-balanced life and a well-balanced diet are the keys to being healthy. They’re things I continue to struggle with, but hopefully you and I can figure them all out together! Stick around. This blog is about eating tasty whole foods, finding a balanced life, being healthy, and exploring nature.
If you plan on using any of my recipes for your own website, please make sure you write the recipe in your own words, credit me, and link back to my website. Thank you! And if you ever make any of my recipes, tag me, I’d love to see how they turned out.
Go to Beginnings of a Health Nut to learn more about why I created this website. Have a wonderful day!
Note: I love to write. Here is some of my writing if you’re interested in reading.
